Toddler Dance (ages 2-3)
Get your baby Baryshnikov moving and grooving in this wonderful first dance class, which incorporates both ballet and creative movement. We will use a variety of music, from classical to current, age-appropriate props and a ton of imagination to inspire your child to dance, sing and explore! (Class is 45 min, 1 parent may observe in the room)
Preschool Ballet (ages 3-4) (ages 4-5)
This class is designed to plant the seeds to learn ballet technique and a love of movement! We will explore the basics of ballet in a fun and creative way.Tiptoe like a butterfly and you learn to bouree, "pop" like a balloon and we are doing sautés! A beautiful and fun introduction to ballet taught in a nurturing and imaginative environment. (Class is 50 min, parents may observe from outside room)

Ballet 1 (ages 4-6)
This class will take your child's dance training to the next level, with a more structured class the incorporates elementary barrework, center floor exercises and across the floor technique. We focus on terminology and movement vocabulary that lays the groundwork for ballet training and introduce choreography and improvisation. This class is taught in an upbeat and creative way to encourage a life-long love of ballet. (class 55 min, parents may drop off or observe from outside room)
Youth Beginning Ballet (ages 7-10)
Youth Beginning Ballet for a child studying ballet who is ready to move up to a more structured class or an older child either wanting to start ballet or get back into it. We focus on flexibility and strength-building barrework, introductory center floor work including adage and petit allegro , across the floor work and more advanced choreography. Students will also have the opportunity to create their own dances through creative improvisation and story-dance exercises. (class 1 hr, parents may drop off or observe from outside room)
Hip Hop (ages 3-4) (ages 5-8)
Get your child shaken and grooving in this super-fun and age-appropriate Hip Hop Dance Class. We will learn fun moves to upbeat and popular music and get a great workout too! Come check it out to see how much fun dance class can be. (class 45 min, parents may observe from outside room)
Beginner Guitar Group Classes
Learn contemporary and classic songs in a fun group environment! Over the course of 8 weeks students will learn basic guitar chords and apply them to a new song each session. By the end of the course students will have developed a repertoire of songs, chords, and scales. Group classes are a great way to get a quick introduction to playing guitar as well as a fun counterpart to weekly private lessons.
Lessons and classes are taught by Nate Finan. Nate is a graduate of Berklee College of Music and has guided hundreds of students toward their musical goals since he began teaching in 2004. Private Guitar and Piano Lessons
If you would like more individual instruction for yourself or your child try private guitar lessons at the Sprout Creative Arts studio. Learn to play rock, blues, jazz, or classical as well as music theory and instrumental technique. Private lessons are completely tailored to the individual student so you can learn exactly what you want!
We also offer in-home piano lessons for beginner and intermediate students. Learn to read to music, play along with your favorite songs, and even how to write your own music. Piano lessons are an excellent way to start yourself or your child on a path to a rich musical life.
